Traditional Artisan Ice Cream

This ice cream is produced using the traditional methods and is best served at -14 degrees to provide the complete tasting experience.

It is a hard scoop style ice cream that is ideal for serving from one of our professional freezer cabinets that we use at weddings, shows and celebrations.

The ice cream can be served on to normal cornets, waffle cones and even sandwiched between two delicious cookies.

Ivor’s Soft Scoop

Ivor’s Soft Scoop style ice cream is ideal for any hospitality environment such as a restaurant or pub for two melt in your mouth reasons.

It has the same scrumptious taste of our traditional artisan ice cream but it has an extra smoothness that makes it feel warmer on the palette, even at the colder temperature.

The other great reason is that you are able to scoop and serve straight from the freezer so you don’t need to keep your guests waiting for a delicious dessert.

Refreshing Sorbet

Our refreshing frozen sorbet is crafted by bringing together the freshest local fruits with sugar sweetened water. Citrus fruits give the sorbet a real zing.

We can also create alcoholic sorbet using your favourite wines and liqueurs, perfect for a warm summer’s afternoon.
